
I got up and did some of my strengthening excercises. Some of them are:
Hook-lying knee flexion stretch- 10X twice daily
Quadricep Sets- 100X Three times daily
Hamstring Sets- 10X Three times daily
Straight Leg Raise Phase 1- 10-20X Three times daily
Side Lying Hip Abduction- 10-20X Three times daily
Prone Hip Extension- 10-20X Three times daily
Terminal Knee Extension- 10-20X Three times daily
So those are the ones that I am doing now:) Anyway I am feeling much better that I am in recovery and training mode now. I was feeling worthless, but now I can see the light at the end of the tunnel:) With the aid of my famliy and friends I am now in a better place. Talk story later. Give Thanks for all the support.
