
Well the PT (at the VA center for aging:)) said that I should be able to run at least 2 miles in 5.5 weeks:) That is if I do all the stretching and see him twice a week for the next four weeks. It felt good to get it stretched and learn the proper workouts I should be doing. He also did some ultrasound therapy and some electro therapy. He also prescribed me an awesome ice pack that is gel and stays cold for a long time. Also he wants to make me some custom orthotics!? He says that they sould help me with my LONG runs. I am going to be able to drive and do my stationary bike in another week:) I am going to also start doing some core workouts in the morning. I am able to bend my knee 80* as of today. Well talk story later. Angeles Crest 100 here I come!!!:)
