Kaena Point with Tom and Video
This is a video I made with my friend tom today on our run. It was 11 miles. We saw two humpback whales, lyan albatross ( both adult and chick ), and a wild turkey. It was a day full of Mana and Spiritual Awakwening. I hope you enjoy the video. Tom it is always a pleasure runnig with you and we will miss you when your gone. Talk story later. Jah Bless.

Nice video. I was waiting for the humpback whales, but to no avail......I will be alright though! It is good to see you running again. Good thing you had Tom with you, in case you fell or something! :-) Keep running, just don't over do it.
