Well I got 15 miles in for the day with Sam along my side on his bike. We did part of the coastal trail from Marina to Sand City and back. I have put two photos up also. One is of Don and Gillian (The Zombies)at Zombierunner in Palo Alto and the other is when we got onto the Coastal trail Sand City section. I just need to say thanks to Sam for riding alongside me for 3 hours keeping me motivated. It made for an easier run. Anyway I better go to bed I have to get up early for a 16 mile run tomorrow.
