Treacherous Ten Miles

These are photos of our treacherous Ten Mile Run. Tom took the pictures. At one point it took me ten mintues to go five feet because of vertigo and just plain being scared:) But I managed....The photo of my back is the stick that Tom helped me up with on that one part...Jah Bless.

Give Thanks to Wilderness Running Company

Today I received my first prize for contributing to Trail of the month for Gordons Loop. It was a brand new pair of Vasque Blur SL shoes, Bridgedale trail socks, Clif shot bloks, and a Clif bar. Much mahalos to Stacy, he knows how to hook it up:) Also, I will be in California from June 4 to the 23 for the night training run for AC 100 and also I will be doing the Holcomb Valley Trail 33 Miler in Big Bear Lake, CA:) The race is on June 14th and the night run is on June 20th.
